Refunds and Repairs
As long as the appliance you have purchased has not left the store, you may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund without penalty. All of the appliances we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your appliance is not working properly because of a manufacturing defect, please contact the customer service department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for addressing the service needs of your appliance during the warranty period. If your service needs are not addressed to your satisfaction, we will be happy to assist you.
Merchandise Carry-Out and Pick-Up
You are welcome to take possession of your appliance at the time of purchase or pick it up at a later date. (We will store purchased appliance for you for up to 21 days at our store free of charge.) While we are happy to help our customers prepare their appliance for transport, you are responsible for ensuring that your appliance is safely secured in your vehicle. Wholesale Appliance Depot is not liable for any damage your merchandise may suffer or cause during transport after you take possession of it.
Wholesale Appliance Depot respects your privacy. We do not release any customer information to any third parties. If you make a purchase, we will save the information (such as your name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) that appears on your invoice. We do not store your credit card number or any other financial information. We will not collect any personal information without your knowledge and consent. The information we collect is intended to enable us to better serve you. For example, we may need to contact you regarding your purchase or a related product. Be assured that your information will never be shared with any other business or organization.
